Our University Gala is the largest scholarship fundraising event at Southwest Minnesota State University each year. Please consider supporting SMSU by bidding on auction items or making a gift to University Gala scholarships with the links below. Because our event is virtual this year, an anonymous donor has stepped forward to match every University Gala scholarship donation from $100 to $800. This generous alumnus will match up to $20,000, helping to replace the scholarship support we have received from event registrations in the past.

Item Arrangement:

If you win a silent auction item we will reach out the week of November 1st and coordinate with you about getting your item(s) to you (either by pick up, drop-off, or ship). If you have only purchased an item that's in the form of a gift certificate, we will mail that to you directly. Some gift certificates are electronic or PDFs so we can send those out via email. If you are unable to meet for a pick up or drop-off, shipping fees will be added based on the shipping cost.
